Baby Boys
This is an adaptation of a design chosen by the client, Elliot is the little boy being Christened and is depicted as an Angel with little wings on his back standing in a cloud. His brother is lay down on a cloud throwing grapes and ribbons into the sky. The design is brought together with a keepsake plaque showing Elliot’s full name and date of the christening. An American style stack in this version but the design is versatile enough to be adapted to any size or shape of cake and could be made for a girl with pale lilac grapes and plaque edging.

Footprints
This American style stack design is shown here on vanilla sponge in blue and white with an added sugar topper – the podgy bear.  A lovely design that can be adapted for a girl and the option of adding any topper means you can customise the design to your own requirements.

Sleepy Bear
This round pink version of sleepy bear and a blue square version were created for a family having four children christened together,  all the children’s names are piped on the two plaques and the similar designs meant that cakes looked fantastic displayed together on the buffet table.

Amber
This is a 10” square cake base with a 6” round on top.  Scroll detail is piped all over and is interspersed with little sugar daisies.  Beautiful pink organza ribbon with satin edges complete the basic design.  This version has a sleeping baby and a starburst full of daisies, bibs and booties.  The starburst and babies blanket have a pearlised finish.  There are numerous models and toppers to choose from to enhance this base design, from hand made babies and teddies, cribs, blocks, large letters, animals or you can choose from a range of ready made toppers also available.

Bursting Parcel
This is one of the most versatile designs I make, here it is on an eggless, dairy free chocolate sponge with blue and white hearts finished with silver curls. A beautiful design which looks fabulous for any occasion and can be made to any size in any colour way.
